Confidential Individual Therapy

You Are Unique

Your story and your situation are unique. Therapy is not a “one size fits all” and requires a collaboration between therapist and client in order to be most effective. For that reason, it is important for me to understand your unique person and situation so that I can develop a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.

You Deserve Safety

Confidentiality and safety are of upmost importance to my clients. Therefore, I take great care to provide a safe environment and protect sensitive data utilizing the most up-to-date and HIPAA-compliant software and storage. Should we decide in-person sessions are a best fit, my office environment has been carefully designed to provide for the safety and comfort of clients. Online, I am careful to ensure that our sessions are highly confidential and secure.

You Deserve A Good Alliance

The quality of the therapeutic alliance between a client and therapist is the strongest predictor for a successful outcome, and is critical in establishing the safety needed for the level of vulnerability that occurs during therapy. Therefore, I keep my practice relatively small and do not take on every client that comes my way. I want you to feel the same way and because of this, I offer a 30-minute consultation over the phone or via video platform so that we can see if we would be a good fit to work together.

You Want Results

You want to meet your goals and so do I! I am up-front about the way that I would address your goals through therapy, and invite regular feedback and collaboration so that we can achieve the best possible outcome. If either of us feels the fit doesn’t seem to be working, or feel something may be missing, we will discuss this and I will provide referrals or resources that I feel would continue you down the path you desire.
